Taylor’s Gift Foundation is excited to announce the addition of three new board members and four new advisory board members. Please read below to learn more about our new board and advisory board members!

 

 

 

 

  Board Members

CATHY EDGINGTON

TREASURER

Cathy Peyton Edgington is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Indigo Workplace Communication. As the Chairperson of the company’s board of directors, she brings more than 30 years of diverse business, financial and consulting experience to help support the work of Taylor’s Gift Foundation.

 

MELISSA “MISSY” HOLLIDAY, RN

BOARD MEMBER

Missy Holliday is the current Organ Operations Director at LifeCenter Organ Donor Network and has worked in the hospital and healthcare industry for nearly 30 years. She has been involved in the organ donation community for years and is an expert in the organ donation process.

 

KARI STREIBER

BOARD MEMBER

Kari Streiber is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications, media relations, and developing innovative marketing campaigns. Streiber has worked at several advertising and public relations agencies where she collaborated with numerous global brands, helping them define and share their message with the world.

TIFFANY ANTHONY

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Dr. Anthony is a talented transplant surgeon at Baylor Scott & White. As a prestigious female transplant surgeon she is recognized as a trailblazer by being 1 of approximately 100 female transplant surgeons in the nation. Dr. Anthony was a recipients of the 2017 Outlive Yourself Award.

 

MITCHELL SAVAGE

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Mitchell Savage was first touched by organ donation in 1986 when his father went into the care of transplant pioneer Dr. Jack Copeland and become the recipient in the 123rd heart transplant ever performed. That gift kept the family together for five more otherwise-impossible years, a highly successful benchmark at that time. Mitch brings 25 years of experience as a nonprofit volunteer, advocate, and board member. Mitch now manages his own investment banking firm, and volunteers with agencies and causes he admires, including organ donor registration.  He is a former Board Member of Taylor’s Gift.  

 

DINA CONTE SCHULZ

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Dina Conte Schulz is a 25 year news and entertainment veteran. In, 2005, Dina co-created The Kid’s Doctor, an award-winning media company providing expert advice on the best ways to raise children. She is the editor of The Kid’s Doctor nationally syndicated newspaper column, and is the managing editor for kidsdr.com features, co-author of “Tattoos to Texting: Parenting Today’s Teen” and executive producer of The Kid’s Doctor regular TV feature on WFAA-TV. She is a former Board Member and Board Chair for Taylor’s Gift.

 

MARSHA SKINNER

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Marsha Skinner is an entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in business intelligence and project management. She is a former Board Member and Treasurer for Taylor’s Gift Foundation
