Thanksgiving will always stand as a reminder to be grateful for even the smallest blessings. In this season of giving thanks, we are constantly reminded to be thankful for health, friendship, family, and yes - for the second chances offered because of those who have said YES to organ donation.

Of the millions of Americans who participate in end-of-year holiday festivities, over 120,000 are in need of an organ transplant. This number will only grow if it’s not for the thousands of individuals who say YES to organ donation every year.

Offering financial support through the Legacy Gift program is one way that Taylor’s Gift Foundation supports the families of these individuals who have given a gift that will keep on giving.

The simple act of registering as an organ donor could make a lasting impact on the lives of a family in need of an organ donor. The ripple effect of this one small decision is incredibly large.

While we continue to enter into the busy times  of the holiday season, let us remember the individuals who have made the brave decision to give the gift of life through organ donation and offer another individual many more holiday seasons to celebrate life.

Tomorrow on Giving Tuesday on November 29th will you consider supporting Taylor’s Gift Foundation and our Legacy Gift program to support more families who have been touched by organ donation?
