Back by popular demand... OPI Taylor Blue nail polish!
What is OPI Taylor Blue?
Last year, Taylor’s Gift Foundation was humbled by a partnership with OPI Nail Lacquer. If you’re a woman, you’ve probably heard of OPI; if you’re a man and never have heard of it, well… “it’s the Nike of nail polish,” as my husband Todd would say.
OPI created an exclusive color called Taylor Blue which is the most gorgeous color of blue! We launched it last year during April, National Donate Life Month, with a campaign called “Paint It Forward”. We encouraged people to paint their nails and share a picture on social media with a post about Taylor’s Gift and organ donation. It created quite a buzz for Taylor’s Gift and successfully highlighted the importance of organ donation as a gift of life.
For a $10 contribution per bottle - just $1 per nail - thousands of those little blue nail polishes were sold all over the world. The monies raised from sales of Taylor Blue kicked off fundraising for our Legacy Gift program, one of most important programs for Taylor’s Gift, providing financial help for those touched by organ donation.
We were completely blown away when we sold out last year and our partner, OPI was so pleased with the impact!
April is National Donate Life Month
To support this incredible month that is so important to us, we at Taylor’s Gift look forward to supporting Donate Life by spreading this important message of organ donation all over the nation and internationally. We here at Taylor’s Gift call it a way to ‘Outlive Yourself’!
The Good News is…
We have brought it back due to popular demand! Starting Monday March 17, you will have the opportunity to purchase your own bottle of OPI Taylor Blue (or another bottle for a friend, coworker, family member, or other loved one) and help support National Donate Life Month by Painting it Forward throughout the month of April.
How can you join in and Paint it Forward?
Visit TaylorsGift.org/TaylorBlue to order (available March 17) your own bottle for just $10. Paint your fingers or toes and post a photo on your social media with #TaylorBlue. Hey guys, you can participate too - paint your thumb to give it a thumbs up!
We have seen Taylor Blue at offices, schools, slumber parties, media stations, on celebrities, and more!
We look forward to seeing YOU Paint it Forward this April!
